Yes, but they must be on a leash at all times and must not cause a nuisance or disturb livestock. Space will be limited, so please consider this and others.

Camping is only available to competitors - no general camping is available.

We will have a canteen running all day and lots of food vendors to offer a variety of food to suit different requirements.

Yes! We will have a fantastic coffee van ready to pump out bulk caffeine all day long!

No! We have licensed the entire area, so no BYO alcohol is allowed on the ground.

Absolutely! But we will be checking bags/eskys to ensure there is no alcohol or glass being brought into the venue. Please consider this when packing non-alcoholic drinks that are glass or jars (i.e. dips/salsa). No glass allowed.

Yes! We will have two bars running from 10:30am and the venue is fully-licensed.

We have a variety of different stalls for all of your shopping needs!

The events start at 7am and the gates will open at this time.

We will publish a program on our site and social media once finalised the week of the event.

We will have working EFTPOS!  As always, cash is king, but we have EFTPOS covered.

You bet! There will be traffic management in place on the highway with signs, traffic lights and a reduced speed limit to help the flow of traffic in/out of the ground - you won't miss the turn!

No! We are on the side of the beautiful Mount Gibraltar with its natural amphitheatre! Please bring along a picnic blanket or some camp chairs to enjoy the natural arena.

We have ample free parking, however it is in the paddock and spread out. We will have some accessible parking available on the day.
